This car was to replace my lifted, trail abused Ford Ranger. I was spending $90 every 3 days on 20 gallons of gas back in 2008. It got very old and I need something more fuel friendly. Never owned a honda before and a friend of mine owned a 2007 LX and it sold me. I bought the car strictly for warranty and gas mileage and NEVER intended to mod it... YEAH RIGHT. I should have known better!
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
TSi Extreme R18 Turbo kit with a GT2554 with 16g wheel upgrade. Custom Turbo Downpipe (crappy looking piece that came with used kit). Acura RDX 410cc injectors. Prelude IAT in charge pipe. Flashpro. Acura RDX MAP sensor. Innovate DB Series Wideband sensor (wired into Primary O2 circuit). Prosport EVO boost gauge. Vibrant R18 Exhaust
Suspension Modifications:
I did have Skunk2 Pro-S coilovers with Skunk2 Camber arms and those were the worst "coilovers" I've EVER RIDDEN ON! OMG they sucked! I loved my stance but dear god they sucked for compression and rebound. So now I am on Si Suspension.
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
2007 Si rims, Yokohama S-Drives 215/45 R17
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Exterior: Nighthawk Black Pearl Si grill with base and custom painted NHBP H emblems. Lower valence under grill is also painted NHBP. Mugen 4dr Visors. 35% front/20% rear tint.
Interior: XLR8 gauge pod ver.1
Future Modifications:
Fully built R18 or R20 and swap 5 speed tranny.
Wheels: Enkei Raijin 18x8.5 35 wheels
Body: HFP side skirts, Type R rear, Vis front lip, Mugen RR functional hood, Acura CSX deck lid spoiler
Suspension: K-Sport Kontrol Pros or Fortune Auto 500's if they ever make them. Cusco front and rear strut. Read more ยป
