Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
I always get stared at driving this thing. It's not too common to see RHDs this side of the pond. Who knows, maybe I'm just practicing to be a mailman when I grow up! This car started off as an all original 1988 CRX Si with roughly 80K on the odo. Complete firewall RHD conversion. Fun as hell to drive, and since I'm a lefty, easier to shift =]
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
B16A w/ Y1 LSD trans from '90 CRX SiR (JDM) stripped/rebuilt at ~35-40K, Hondata s300, Walbro 255lph fuel pump, some bigger injectors (not sure on size), and other odds and ends.
Suspension Modifications:
Koni yellows all around, ground control coils 350lb/250lb, front adj upper arms, red ebay LCAs, rear camber, and no-name sway bars and rear strut brace from a friend for some rigidity.
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
'97 GSR meshies w/ H center caps.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
2- 12" Kicker CompVR's on the storage box. Re-upholstered interior keeping the stock look. Exterior painted original Milano red [March 2013)
Future Modifications:
To complete the SiR I still need a bit of work: the glass roof, side markers, and front-end facelift. I'm not too concerned about having a civic dash. I like the way it looks over the crx one haha. I may decide to boost and/or juice later on, but I have plenty of fun without it for now as an everyday driver.
