I was amazed by the condition of the seats, considering the car had done almost 400.000km when I got it, and they had no rips or tears anywhere.

Getting rid of the rust that was bubbling under the paint. The doors were in pretty bad shape so I eventually ended up replacing them with better shape ones.

At this point I was pretty sure I was going to have to replace some bushings... :D

After the rust problems were solved I started to work on the engine. I thought it might be a good idea to take the head off and change the gaskets etc. since the engine seemed to leak some oil/coolant from where the head meets the block.

The head after I got it back from the valve shop. They installed new valves and valveseals and shaved it a bit.

The valve cover looked pretty dirty and it had some paint chipping off so I removed the paint and polished it partially.
