these are hands down my favorite rims for a honda/acura. nice pick up.

 

I dont know what offset. It says 16x7. If I had to ask for a price 1400.

They could be 4x114.3 and 4x100. I know for sure they are 4x100 since I tested fitted them on my teg.

are you selling them prior or after refinishing them and will that effect the price?

 

I wouldn't say "extremely" rare. They're not terribly common, but I have had two sets of 16x7's and have seen a couple different sets in person.

As for the offset, they look like +35's, but it's hard to tell with the white lip. There should be a stamp on the back with something like "e35" or "+35", that'll give you an idea on the offset.
