I can't seem to think of a manufacturer for those. But, that's some serious curbing on that first photo. Plus, it's missing part of the inner lip on the fourth photo.
They need some love before I would put them on a car.

it looks as if the wheel has a mugen m7 barrel but w/a different face on there.... the tag on the back looks exactly like a mugen m7 one.....hmmmm
back of an m7 wheel w/ the tag:
yep and the m7 also has 32 bolts.... that lip design looks to be made by enkei..it has similarities to how the blitz o1 lips is designed so might be an enkei but i am not sure and this is all just theory...

Wrong.
J-Mag's are simulated multi-piece wheels, meaning they're 1-piece wheels. They don't have actual bolts connecting the faces to the barrels. If you look at the backside photos of his wheels, those are real bolts.

Appears to be some Enkei wheel of the same time period as the M7. Or as Ralph said possibly switched barrels. But I believe it is probably just an older Enkei wheel
lol..i was gonna tell you to PM maxoutracer then i realized its you that posted this thread
they like a "baby" M7s but the spokes arent as big

I got a little more info, the wheels are called "S7"s and they were in fact made at the same place as the more well know Mugen M7. If I find any catalog pics or anything I'll post those up.

Took a look at a catalog at the homie Ernie's (Euy) house this weekend. The wheels are called "S-77" , the S-7 is the same wheel as these, but they are 2 piece (no bolts attaching the face to the barrel) instead of 3 piece. Very nice find. Maybe Ernie can post up a pic when he gets the time. Unfortunately the rest of the info is in Japanese so I couldn't make out the other part of the description.

The center caps are mostly smooth with a small logo in the middle. Basically makes the wheel look flush.

That appears to be a replica of this wheel. Also that one is a 16" not a 15" and has something on one of the spokes. I'll get Ernie to post up the S-77, it's IDENTICAL to this wheel.

i think that's a mugen sticker.
i saw an actual wheel at the shop, but i didn't look at the wheel too closely since it was a 5x114 which i can't use, so i don't know if it was authentic or a knockoff. the hub of the wheel was raised and threaded. when i was at the shop last, maybe 8 months ago, they did have nib sparco ns-iis, drag pros, real racing r2s, stark 2s and bbr comp9s. they have weird og items, but they also sell knock off wheels and fake mugen gen2 adjustible wings...
further right on the flyer (can't see it), there's a wheel also by sure called the "siete" and it has a centercap. if a picture of that helps, let me know....
