Winter wheels
Generally, are winter wheels (steelies) the same OEM steel wheels?
If we use an example, Honda Civic. So would the OEM wheel covers fit the winter wheels, let's say from Tire rack?

If you got them at a dealership, they would be OEM. Depends on the store aswell. Some might buy their rims from Honda, or go with another brand (probably the latter due to cost).
Anyway, as long as they are the same specs they should fit, however I have heard of some designs which either do not hold wheel covers as well as OEM, and some that do not.
I would compare your original steelies with the ones you are looking at, and look for similar patterns.
If you have the screw on wheel covers, you might want to make sure that the lug hole diamaters will accomodate the wheel cover also.

Not all steel wheels have the same facial profile. Most Honda's have similar construction for each wheel height, but there are some differences in how many reliefs there are per wheel, as well as some other minor details.
