Look at the spec of the tire. It will have a list of approved rim widths that it can be mounted on. So it may fit on those rims.
What car are you going to put those on? Cause it won't fit on most hondas.

Look up the specs for the tire you're considering buying, either on the manufacturer's website or on the website of a tire dealer like the Tire Rack. You will see a specification for the approved rim widths for each size tire.
