Since your old wheels/tires don't shake and the new ones do, the problem is definitely with the wheels/tires and not anything on your car.
I can think of several possible problems.
First, 4 or 5 turns on the lug nuts is NOT enough. Some people say 6, and others say 7, but never less than 6. With too few turns, you don't have enough of the lug nuts holding the wheels on. They may be wiggling loose. So that's one possible problem. If you want to use these wheels, you really need to get extended studs, and probably also open-ended lug nuts.
You may also not have torqued them enough; you need to tighten them to 80 ft-lbs on your torque wrench. If you're not using a torque wrench, buy one. You can get inexpensive, decent ones at Harbor Freight.
It's possible that one or more of the wheels are bent, and/or that there is a defect in one or more of the tires. You may be able to isolate which one by rotating them around on the car to see where the shaking is coming from.
It's also possible that you need to learn how to use punctuation to separate your sentences when you type out a paragraph.

Did any of the 4 places have a road-force balancer?
Are you using cone seat or ball seat lug nuts?
Did they static or dynamicly balance the tires/wheels?

Good point. Aftermarket wheels need lug nuts with a conical shaped seat. You shouldn't use your stock lug nuts, which have a ball shaped seat. This could be a big part of the problem (exacerbated by insufficient turns on the lug nuts).

lmao, i was just about to say that! I ran out of breath at the end...but hey, can't blame the guy, he sounds really worried, but yea, that one dude talked about the lug nut styles has a good point, so make sure you got the right lug nuts for the application, buuuut there's another point i gotta make since speed is a factor...do you have the correct speed rating on the tires?

Speed rating is not going to affect the ride quality of a tire. Besides, if you're driving your vehicle up to your tire's speed rating, you're breaking all sorts of laws and shouldn't be doing so.(U.S.)
