I got some black gt3 16 plan on getting the es100 in 205/45/16 is that a good size any opinions on what wheels i should get? thnx

Yup, that's the tire size to get for your Integra. If it were my car, I would get the Kumho SPT over the Yokohama ES100; they're very similar, but the SPT does almost everything just a little bit better (similar dry grip, better wet grip, lasts slightly longer, costs less). In 205/45-16, the Tire Rack has the ES100 for $82 each, and the SPT for $67, which means $57 after the $40 rebate, so you can save a hundred bucks by getting the SPT. Your choice, though; they're both good tires.

For wheel width, get 16x7.
