what needs to be changed in order to make 4Hx114.3 wheel fit on a 4Hx100?

u will need to bolt up a 1996 jdm integra type-r brake conversion which is 4x114.3

This has nothing to do with offset, by the way. You're looking to change the PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter).
