wheel/lowering advice needed!
i was wondering what you guys think i can get for 400-500$ for a good set of wheels
and was also wondering about cambering and the def of "slammed"/lowered and how to have a good offset and make everything look nice
as much info/ref to sites about these topics always needed!

400-500 can get u a clean set of used rotas/konigs with tires or a new set w/o tires just check the marketplace, and your in socal so im sure ull be able to find something nice. cambering the wheels allows you to go lower essentially tilting the tire inward, but can also cause excessive tire wear when it becomes more extreme.
I suggest not tilting the tire inward too much, in the long run It is not worth the tire cost and it puts alot of excessive stress on various other things making it harder and harder to align your car properly as time goes by.
a little amount of negative camber is actually preferred. the care handles more aggressive into a turn and if the toe is zeroed out the wear due to camber is negligible.
90% of the tires with wear referred to as camber wear is in fact due to the misalignment of toe. Toe out of spec destroys tires, camber generally only increases the wear slightly.

that is not true. in all of the rota wheel failure pictures/posts ive seen the wheels were put in a situation where any wheel would have failed. in my experience rotas hold up just as well as higher priced wheels. infact numerous autocrossers use rotas as their track wheels because if they get chewed up theyre a cheap replace and they hold up to the conditions just fine
