Default Wheel Covers

Hi guys. I noticed recently that my hubcaps (wheel covers OEM) are all scratched up around the perimeter. I was wondering is there any way I can fix this and is there any driving tips for not scratching the hubcaps?

Sand it down, fill it (Hobby Grade Body filler from your LHS), prime it, paint it.

Driving tips? Don't curb the rims.
