do anyone know if the make wheel adapters for 5 lug wheels to 4 lug i bought so 18" wheels for my civic and decided i want to to put them on my CRV if i can

 

i never heard of them. i know they have a 6 lug to 5 lug version.. so bigger to smaller lug conversion isnt totally impossible. issues would prolly be the center boring in both pieces.

if they did make them it would be a 2 piece adapter which is very fat like 2" thick and the rim/tire will stick out that much from your car.
