Default what offset should i get??

i drive a 92 civic hatch which im finishing up the body work and paint.ive all ready rolled the fenders for a little more clearence.my new suspenssion is on the way (function & form type 2's) and i dont know what offset to go with on my wheels. they are gonna be 15x7.5 with a 3 inch lip but i dont know should i go with the +32mm or +40mm offset because i want that flush look and i have the ajustable camber and toe kit for it as well. oh and im gonna be running 205/50/15 falken tires but not sure if im gonna go with azenis of 912's

You don't know whether you want a supersticky, fast-wearing summer tire that's awful on snow and not as good as the best supersticky tires, or a long-lasting, crappy all-season tire that will give you some okay grip on snow but is nothing great in all other conditions?

Those are two extremes, and neither tire is particularly good at anything. There are lots of other tires on the market, some of which are better than either tire on dry pavement, many that are better than either tire in rain, some that are similarly inexpensive, some that are long-lasting, etc.

the thing is im looking for some good grip tires that i dont want to have to worry about driving with when it rains.but then also dont wanna drop to much on tires because im gonna go through them fast anyway due to boost and a heavy foot lol

You can't have everything in the same tire. Great grip on dry pavement, great in rain, long lasting, cheap price, etc - you can't have them all. Decide what you want most, and what you're willing to give up.

Also, the best tire and wheel size for your car is 195/50-15 on a wheel no wider than 15x7. If you want a really grippy tire in that size - like the Azenis only even stickier - you can get the Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 or Toyo R1R.

Remember to do things in the proper order. FIRST decide on the wheel diameter and best tire size, THEN decide on the best wheel width and offset.
