Waxing New Wheels
I got some new wheels. Is it worth waxing them before getting them mounted or is it just a waste of time? They have an excellent glossy clear coat on them as is but I figure extra protection isn't a bad thing.

Waxing will help keep brake dust from sticking. It will also help protect the paint, just as it helps protect the paint on the rest of the car.

Definetly wax them... I personally use a product called Poorboys wheel sealant, you can buy it at http://www.poorboysworld.com
You can use whatever wax you use on the body of your car.
