VALVE STEM
There is the valve stem, then there is the valve stem seal. The seal you can replace.(The screw in thing inside the valve stem)
The stem itself has to be pulled in from the inside of the rim.
This shouldn't cost you more than $10 bucks at a tire shop, that is if you just bring in the rim. It should not take that long either.

it is pretty hard to do it at home...you would have to figure out a way to break the bead of the tire off the wheel( just the top bead ).. that is the hard part after that it's pretty much a cake walk...not worth the hassle to just take it in and have the tire guys do it
yeah i work at goodyear. not worth the hassle. if you go straight into a tire shop through the shop door and just ask a tech there im sure they will do it for free. just roll in there like you own the place, dont bother going to the front counter. i do stuff for people like that all the time. as long as its something small its not big deal
