Default Two Piece Wheels

I have a set of two piece wheels (Enkei Racing S). I've thought about removing the center and polishing them. But the wheels have tires and full tire pressure on them. Would removing the center section with the tires and full tire pressure going to cause any problems? Such as bending or warping? I don't think it would but I'd figure I'd double check and ask on here...

Thanks guys/gals... And just for viewing pleasure

remove the needles to unleash the air then remove the faces. i have heard that removing the faces with full psi may warp the face as you mentioned.

Yeah I plan on pulling the air out. Thanks!

Any other insight?

pb blast those bolts/nuts//// to be very blunt and honest.... these wheels are cake to remove teh faces... just remove the bolts then when you are done polishing the faces put them back and start at a criss cross pattern when putting the bolts back on. i use hand tight but others may not agree w/ me...

I've already had them apart once. They were in kinda bad shape when i got them. Now just wanting to hand polish the centers . The lip and all 160 bolts have been hand polished...

Thanks for the input though.

i think the bolts might have a tq req. from enkei, i know the bbs RS do. But like others said best bet is to de-flate the tires so there is no pressure pressing in.

They do and I have it written down at home. I mean I've had them apart when I first got them. I'm going to let all the air out, but im curious to the pressure of the tire (not air) still on the rim causing any issues. I don't see how it would, but just curious...
