Traction Solution?

Like all DC2 Integras with 500 whp, my traction sucks. Im looking for a STREET set up that will give me a dead hook in 2nd gear. People seem to be running the MT 235/60R15, this is a 26” tire. My question is, is there any way to run the 275/50R15? This tire is the same height but 2” wider. Im looking at running a 15x8” wheel with a zero offset. I think this will rub the fender so im looking for flares, how much will they stick out the side? Will they rub the inside of the wheel well too?
