Yup.

Which tires should I get?
This depends on what you're looking to get out of the tire. If you're still not sure what to get after reading the above information, make a new topic and tell us what you intend to use it for. In that topic, make sure to answer the following questions:
- What kind of car you have (year, model, version)
- What size wheels you have
- How the tires will be used (daily driving, autocross/track/dragstrip)
- What kind of weather the tires will be used in (dry, rain, snow)
- What your preferences is in the trade-off between value (low purchase price and/or long treadlife) vs performance
</TD></TR></TABLE>

The 15" tire size you need is 195/50-15.
Because you live in a mountainous area, I assume you will be occasionally using these tires in snow during the winter, as well as in moderate to warm temperatures the rest of the year, correct? If so, you'll need all-season tires (unless you have two sets of wheels, in which case you can put winter tires on one set for winter use, and take advantage of the better performance of summer tires for the rest of the year).
Assuming you have to use these tires in snow as well as in warm weather, some of the all-season tires you might consider in 195/50-15 include the Falken Ziex ZE-912 ($61/tire with free shipping at Discount Tire Direct, or $43/tire plus shipping at onlinetires.com), Kumho AST ($41/tire plus shipping at the Tire Rack, or $35/tire plus shipping at onlinetires.com), Bridgestone Potenza G009 ($90/tire plus shipping at the Tire Rack, or $75/tire plus shipping at onlinetires.com), or Toyo Proxes 4 ($58/tire plus shipping at onlinetires.com). Shipping is usually around $9-12 per tire.
