Default Tire Size?

I have an Ek with ITR 5 lug. I have 195/50/15 on the car right now and wanted to go up to 205/50/15, was just wondering if they will rub?

No, they will not rub.

195/50-15 is actually too small for your car. You should be using 195/55-15 or 205/50-15 on your '96-00 Civic. 195/55-15 is preferable if they're available for the tire you want to get - they're less expensive, and they're the stock outer diameter so they won't throw off your speedometer/odometer etc - but otherwise 205/50-15 will work okay (speedo/odo error 1.6 percent).
