Default are they interchangable?

My dad and I both own honda accords, LX-V6. Mine is a 2003, his is a 2006.

I'm looking for rims for my car, and LOVE the ones that are on his, which are just the stock 9 points. I have stupid little hubcaps, lmao.

Anyways, my little plastic sheets are 16inch, and my dad's are 17s. I was wondering if the two were interchangable, meaning, can I take my dad's tires and put them on my car, and put mine on my dads. I was thinking that it should work because I measured and the length of the tire from one side to another is the same on both cars.

So this should work, right? Would definantly save my a ton of money...haha

Yes, it should work. The outer diameter of the two tire sizes is within 1 percent of each other, and the bolt patterns are the same 5x114.3. Try it!
