Icon2 somebody help plz

i just bought a honda a week ago and now i wana buy some wheels for it. i dont know the first thing about cars or wheels or tires but online i found some white wheels i like. my car currently is sitting on steel black wheels

my current tire size is P185/65r14 85t
the car is kinda low but i dnt think the tires hit anywhere

the new wheels i want are 15x6.5 bolt pattern 4-100 offset 35, backspacing 5.13 lip depth 1.25" centerbone 73.1

the question i have is what does offset mean ? and would i need special tires like low pro or would i have to do anything to my car like raise it or anything at all ?

plz somebody help really want the wheels but i dnt have enough for new tires to get with em

You're not going to be able to put 14" tires on a 15" wheel. So, you'll NEED new tires.

For all other questions, see the FAQ's at the top of this forum.

Offset really isn't something to worry about to much really just depends on how much it is on your car for instance I have a 97 accord on 15' with a lowered body but my rims had a lil to much offset and poke so I had to alter my fends slightly to make it sit properly
