Rota c8 problem
So anyway I put my rota c8s on since winter is nearly over. Anyway all is well, I put three rims on and the last one is the drivers side. I put it on and for some reason, it just wont sit flush. Theres just this little tiny angle so that the back of the rim where it sits against the rotor, it kinda pops out a little bit on one side. It was late and I needed to drive 40 miles back to my apartment. Anyway on the highway I got some weird vibrations coming from the driver's side and I assume its the rim.
SOOO I take it off the next day and look at it. It seems like where the rim sits against the rotor, it looks as if its been worn down in a crooked fashion. I dont know how this happened because I took these rims off before winter. Anyway this rim before winter was on the right rear side of the car. What does this mean?
Am I basically screwed??? Do I need a new rim?? I will post pics in a sec
but any help is appreciated, just hope its nothing bad though I have a feeling its gonna be bad:mfrown:
here are some pics to explain
note here, the very left side is alot thinner than the very right side.

left side, thin

right side, the back is thicker

here are some pics of the rim sitting crooked
notice how small the gap is between the rim and the rotor

so Ill turn the rim 180 and now look at the gap

again any help much appreciated

if there is a gap between the rotor a wheel, you need to stop using them immediately. if the faces aren't sitting flush you're putting undue stress on the lug studs, which will cause them to fail. that could get ugly.
i'm not sure what the cause of your wheel being jacked up is, but i'd take more/better pictures (i couldn't really see what you were saying), write a nice letter to rota, and hope they send you a new wheel.
i'd also probably replace the lug studs because they are likely weakened at this point.
