Replicating emblems?

Replicating emblems?
I have a set of mugen cf48's and I got them with only 3 mugen emblems. I was wondering if there is a write up or how I would go about replicating/casting an emblem. Making a mold and what kind of material I can use to make one. I don't want to buy a whole set of fake ones or real ones.
