Default replacing studs

my studs broke off i just wondering if theres any way to replace them..

There are ways to replace them. If you have a Civic and Integra there is going to be a possibility you will have to replace the hub bearing. You have to pull the hub from the bearing with a slide hammer.

If you want to try and get around this, try trimming down the head of the stud to slide it in there w/o pulling the hub.
