Remove paint from oem wheels??
Well some1 painted some wheels i have.... But they did a crappy job. I can tell they didnt sand it or anything, just straight up spray. How would i go about removing the paint without ruining the oem finish underneath? Thanks.
No matter what you do, the original machined finish will never be perfect (outside of re-machining the surface of the wheel). So, in short, there isn't a way to remove the paint without damaging the underlying surface.

Ok cool, ill give it a try. I wanna at least keep the silver. Like imma polish em up and stuff. I just wanted to know if it would completely rip off the oem paint also.
Well i wanna keep the OE paint, i just wanna clean em up without damaging it TOO much with the thinner. They are the oem DB2 wheels. Have em on my teg and the old owner decided to spray em bronze, but did a shitty job. And anyways, dnt like painted oem wheels. So im just trying to get the bronze off, and clean up the oem paint IF its revivable
