Raise the revs up!!
Can I somehow fit a 14" wheel onto my the front of my 97 prelude?
I race an auto cause of a pinned left leg and im trying to get the revs up to get out of the courners faster (run on an oval dirt track). Can I fit aftermarket brakes or modify my brakes to make a 14" rim fit as running a 15" rim and low profile tyres doesnt work as I just keep cutting tubes. Any ideas? Cheers.

Swapping final drive gears in the transmission not an option?
And I think you're going to need to explain what "cutting tubes" means.
I can't speak for Prelude brakes, but different wheels fit around the brakes differently. Many 14" wheels won't fit over my Integras front brakes, but some will. Trial and error might be required here.

I'm still completely in the dark as to what "pinching" or cutting tubes means. Are you already running inner tubes? If so (or even if not), can you use beadlocks like offroad trucks?
Excessively low pressures will cause the same issues regardless of sidewall size, to my knowledge.
