Price value for Si Wheels

Wanted to know how much the street value for Civic Si 16 inch alloy wheels for?
A guy is offering 290 to me, wanted to know if I'm getting ripped off or not. HELP

i believe they are the 16 inch alloys off the 2000 civic si coupe

he also mentioned that the front tires have about 60% tread life left and rear has about 90% tread life left

It is a 15" wheel that comes on the 2000 Si
