patching a flat tire?
what is the best way to back a flat tire? i know some places use plug while other take the tire off and use rubber cement and apply a piece of rubber over it. so what is the best way to patch a tire?

The proper way is to take the tire off the rim and apply a combination plug-patch to the inside of the tire. If you don't have a tire mounting machine, take it to a mechanic or a tire shop. I think the tire department at Wal-Mart charges around ten bucks to do this, and I've seen mechanics charge anywhere from $5 to $20.
