Default Offset and tire question

I have a 2000 Integra and just got my wheels they are 16X7.5 w/ a 35mm offset. I have a set of 205/45/16's in Falken 912's but I'm afraid they are going to look to V-DUB stretched.

So basically my question is do you think they will be fine? I know the width and offset shouldn't bee to much of an issue. Any input?

205/45-16 is perfect for 16x7.5 with +35. You have nothing to worry about.
