I'm having trouble finding what the offset should be for a 94 Del Sol VTEC. I'm changing wheel size to 15x7 or 15x8.

I think the car will take a positive offset in a range of several millimeters. I will use 205/50 or 225/45 tires.

You'll be able to fit around +35 or so, depending on if you've rolled the fenders/quarter panels and how much negative camber the car is running.

 

I'm on 15x7 +25mm offset wheels with 205/50 tires. This combo works fine and isn't too expensive.
