Default need help - wheels

I recently got a set of rims from a friend that are not in great shape. But i got 4 rims and tires for a set of halo projector lights i had sitting in the garage. I want to kno if theres any type of filler or sumthing that can fill these scraps that will be durable and painted over... I have pics but i dont kno how to upload them without iserve....

If the scratches are light, sand them off with typical sandpaper. If they're gouges, get them welded.

PS. You need an image host, such as http://www.imageshack.us or http://tinypic.com , to host images freely.

Ok heres the damage, the others can be sanded no big deal, but this wheel is a problem...

Picture #1, I would say welding is necessary.

The other two, are sandable.

damn, i live in bumf*** nowhere lol, the welders here hardly ever get to work with aluminum let alone weld it lol... I'll have to take it to the city i guess. thanks
