need help with info on wheels please
im kinda new to civics and wheel in info but would an 17" 8.5 offset 20 fit a 2009 civic si and have room to lower it 1.5-2 inch with a set of p215/50/r17 on it ?
and what center bore would i need ??

1. Those tires are too large for your car. 215/45/17's are the stock tire size, and 215/50/17 are more than an acceptable percentage larger then stock.
2. Those tires are too narrow for the wheels you're trying to put them on. The widest wheel those tires are rated for is 7.5" wide.

Again, 215/50/17's are too large for the car. 215/45/17's will fit the 17x8's though, and could clear the fenders/quarter panels if you did some rolling work to them.
