What tires (model and size) do you plan to put on them? How do you plan to use them (street, track, autocross, etc)? Is this for a show car, or are you looking for performance?
I don't know of any 15" street tire model and size that will give better performance on an Integra than a Falken Azenis RT-615 in 205/50-15 on a 15x7 wheel.

off the bat i will say 'no' if this is for a daily driven vehicle..................but let me counter your question w/ some questions for you:
are you willing to roll and/or modify your inner fenders?
do you have camber kits, coilovers?
are you willing to roll on skinny tires that will effect your speedometer and ride like crap to where you can feel every pebble on the road?
and after all this and it still rubs, will you be mad or can you still bear it?
do you have a 'make it fit' attitude?
if you can truthfully answer 'yes' to all those questions then they will work for you.

Don't street race. If you want to go fast, take it to the racetrack, where you can do so safely, without endangering others.
If you have 16" rims, that's fine. Throw on some Falken Azenis RT-615 in 215/45-16 and you'll have the best traction you can get with street tires on dry pavement.
