Default Lug Question

Is there any downside to using extended lug nuts on regular studs? I need to get some lug nuts but i dont have extended wheel studs but i am planning to get them sometime in the future. Oh and would these lugs be good for rota slipstreams? http://estores.merchantpartner...id=64

thanks a lot

Default Re: Lug Question (WILLFUTHEGREAT)

There is no downside of using extended lugs on OEM size studs in my experience.
Those lugs you also have in the link, Zenki's, will work well with your Slipstreams. The downside of them, however, is that they will fade.

Actually, you can't use these lug nuts on OEM wheels, and vice versa. The reason behind this are the shapes of the wheels (OEM and aftermarket) and lug nuts (same thing).
