Default LUG NUT!!! HELP HELP....

Okay guys. I'm turning to honda-tech once again. I've been searching the net for an hour but no luck. im soo pissed. I lost my LUG NUT KEY and i'm trying to figure out what brand it is. This is not the ordinary hex nut. I'll attached some pics, sorry the pics are a bit crappy because i used my camera phone. Thanks in advance.

go back to the place where you bought them and ask for the brand and/or another key. stop by a rim shop and see what they have that will work. otherwise, wedge something into it and remove them; some even consider welding an adapter to aid it's removal.

I had some lugs that where similar to that a few years ago...both back wheels' lug nuts got stripped. I ended up taking one of the front lugs nuts to SEARS and a 12mm hex key/allen wrench fit so I went home and put the long end of the wrench into my jack handle/bar and they came right off. Never used those lugnuts again...lol.

The Hero

good luck...hope I helped.

yeah i got an answer to this problem. went to a local tuner store and found out that gorilla makes the lug nut. it's not the typical hex key. gorilla makes 500 different types of keys and w/o the key number. it is nearly impossible to get a replica.

i tried a 3/8ths extension/allen wrench, no luck......

I think I have the same ones, what sucks is that I just did my whole braking system, new pads, rotors, ARP extended studs ect. I already did the rear and now I don't know where I put the 8 lug nuts with the key. So tomorow I will go to the garage and try to find it.

If I was you just go to any place that sells them, I just went to napa when I had this problem when I got my car. My car had some lug nuts, the ones that look like a allen key hole on them, the guy at napa just took one by one till he found the one that works and then he just sold me the key and order another key for the set.

Good luck man.

well the best place to get something out like that would be like a tire place like les schwab or a simular place that does that..... and they will get it out for you..... people always come to my job and the same **** happens ti them mostly on vw lug nut keys they always strip we use an air tool like a gun and we hit it well its alittle more but find a place that sells tires and they will fix it for you it should be free if not then say you went in for a rotate and they lost your key that should work..........

did you ever go to english class when you were in school because when you learn english you learn that you're supposed to put a capital letter at the start of every sentence and a period at the end of every sentence which will help other people understand what you're trying to say because it breaks what you're trying to say into individual sentences and thoughts which are easier to understand and if you don't do that it will just sound like a bunch of words thrown together that don't make a lot of sense as you can see from reading this
