hubcentric ring help
i currently have a set of kosei k1 and they did not come with the hubcentric rings.
they are 4x114.3 and 16x7.5 in the front and 16.8.5 in the rear.
1. where can i find them?
2. is it ok to roll around on the wheels without them?
3. do i need these?
Thanks

if your wheels are torqued on within spec you should need not worry. But i would highly suggest getting them as they are safer for you than with no hubcentric ring. First off you need to know the measurements then you can go ahead with the purchase.
Measure the inner diameter of the wheels center bore. More than likely going to be between 65 and 75 millimeters. Then you need to measure the outer diameter of the hub ring itself. If you have Disc brakes, they are more than likely on the rotor (depends on whether its hub over rotor or vice versa.)
There are plenty of wheel accesory sites out there that will have custom hub centric rings you can order.

Call the Tire Rack. Measure the bore on the Kosei and they will be able to tell you what your hub bore is. They may be able to tell you what the bore is on the wheel too. If you are going to be auto-x'ing and/or road racing, get metal rings! Plastic is better than nothing though.
