that 13" steel wheel might not fit properly over the 99 si brakes but i can guarantee to you that the center bore measurements are still ALL THE SAME 56.1!!!!!..
live with it!!! you are wrong!! and all one billion of us are right.

bumping to provide more information:
dx knuckles and Integra (rear hubs, non type R) are all 56.1mm
Civic EX, SI, and Integra (front hubs, non type R) are 64.1mm
I recently purchased 56.1mm spacers for my stock 1996 Integra hubs (front) and they did not fit. They needed to be filed down using a stock 1996 front rotor as a template. So if they stock rotor isn't 56.1, there is no way the hubcentric ring can be 56.1mm.
that's all. hope that helps someone when they order hub rings

The 56.1mm ring fits the rear hub perfectly. They do not fit on the front hubs of the 1996 integra.
If you take a rear rotor and a front rotor (integra, Civic si/ex) and stack them on top of one another, you will see that the hub is not the same bore size. This is from looking at two pieces of metal on the floor of my garage.
Just an FYI for those of you who are buying hubcentric rings.
Note: I realized this information when putting Prelude Vtec 11.1" rotors on my Integra. The Vtec rotors ARE hubcentric, as are the 1996 Integra STOCK 10.2" rotors. They are the same bore and they are NOT 56.1mm. Another test is that you can try mount the front rotors on the rear hub (just to see). You will find that the bore of the rotors does not mate perfectly to the rear hub.
I am not speaking out of research. I am speaking out of taking 56.1mm hubcentric rings and putting them on a stock car. They do NOT fit.

So, I repeat, your information is inaccurate. If you need help understanding this, feel free to use this site: http://www.vehicle-bolt-pattern.com/ I can speak from experience that the Civic hubs are the same, considering I've had an '89 STD hatchback, '93 EX coupe, '96 DX hatchback, '00 Si, and '01 EX coupe.
I've had all sorts of pre-2006 Civic rotors, including EM1 rotors... and they're all the same bore, both front and rear. The Prelude has a 64.1mm hub bore from '92-'96. Integra's have 64.1mm hub bores from '86-'01, as well.
