Thinking of selling the wheels/tires I have don't know how much to ask for them
17x7 OZ Superleggera's 4x100 purchased 7/2002 (only used in summer nevr seen snow)
Tires: 205/40/17 Kumho 712's still have 85-90% life left
Total paid brand new $1,512 not incl tax and shipping. Wheels $300x4 tires $78x4
3 out of the 4 are in perfect condition
1 has minor rash (measuring 3inches or so) from when some idiot talking on their cell phone decided to cut me off without checking his mirrors or use a turn signal forcing me to brake and turn into the curb
Was thinking of asking for $850ish what do you think too high?

 

Well, my rule of thumb is to sell wheels at half the original cost. Tires don't add much to the cost, and if they're crappy tires (like the 712), they don't really add anything. You might consider having the tires dismounted and selling them separately. Anyway... if I were guessing, I would guess $750, with or without the tires. But you could try for $850, and if they don't sell at that price, you can always lower it later.
