Default High positive offset a problem?

Hey guys, I searched but couldn't find a clear answer. I just picked up some used 16x7 rims for my EM2, however I just learned they have a +42 offset. I'm worried they might hit the brake calipers or the inner frame rail. Should I pick up some 5/10 mil spacers to be safe? Or am I overthinking this?

Okay, for those who need the answer I finally found it, sort of. Since my stock steelies are 14x5.5 and +43 offset, I used this website https://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator to tell me where the extra width would fit in the wheel well. Turns out its basically evenly split for me. I'll lose 2 cm toward the framerail and 2 cm toward the fender.

That offset and size is not a problem.
