I seen these rims on the net the man doesnt know anything about it and is selling them for only $290. I searched and came up nothing on these. My question will they fit on the civic? Is this a rare find?

 

These wheels supposedly came in 1994-2001 Integras. They are 15x6 and they are somewhat rare, I had never seen them before untill I came across this site:
