Default EX-R civic problem

so i have a small problem. i currently have a 1994 si i purchased some EX-R wheels and tires. the tires are advan 205/55/16R i put them on yesterday and they are rubbing like crazy when i turn the wheel. my hatch was already dropped on the steelies like 1.5-2 inches not much. my question is should i raise the car and drop it right on the tire so the wheel isnt tucked or just go back to my steelies cause this rubbing is driving me nuts. second question is if i riase it back to stock height will the tire rub the inside wheel well when i turn the wheel ?
