Default ek hatch

hey guys i wanted to show you all my car and i had a question if i should keep these wheels on (ls webs black with anodized red lip) or some white track r with chrome lip thank you.









some pics with old type r wheels with 5 lug

clean hatch man, i would go with the track r's. I'm not really a fan of painted oem. :/
but thats just my opinion.

alright thanks guys for your opinion going to get my tires and wheels balanced sometime soon also how much lower is my car going to be from 55-15 and 40-16

Well, no one can answer that question without knowing the full size of the tires, including the treadwidth.

However, it's a BAD IDEA to try lowering your car by using the wrong size tire. If you want to lower your car, the proper way to do it is by changing the suspension - normally the springs - and not by using undersized tires.

You should use tire sizes whose outer diameter is as close as possible to the stock size, in order to have adequate clearance, retain the accuracy of the speedometer and odometer, etc. On a '97-00 Civic, that means 195/55-15 or 205/50-15 tires on 15" wheels, and 205/45-16 or 215/45-16 tires on 16" wheels.
