Drag dr20?

I wanna know if drag dr20 wheels are a 2 piece wheel or not? I'm gonna buy a set from a friend and the color of the wheels are blue and I'm gonna re-paint it a different color.

Nothing Drag makes is multi-piece. They're all one-piece, low-gravity cast knock-off's.
