It says right in the chart.

To understand the chart. (i.e. 15 X 7 0 +35 A-Disk has 32mm lip size). The different center disks has different disk thickness, therefore it alter the final offset value. (i.e. 15 X 7.0 with 32mm lip in A-Disk is +35 offset, but when you change over to O-Disk, the offset change to +45).
Basically, there are three different styles of wheel face, which have varying amounts of clearance for brakes. Here's a simple way of thinking of it...

If you're looking for the most brake caliper clearance (which will eliminate the appearance of a deep lip, in the process), you're going to want to go with a T-Disk. A-Disk would be moderate brake caliper clearance, and O-Disk would be minimal brake caliper clearance (but also the largest lip appearance). Most FWD vehicles stick with a T-Disk or A-Disk. One thing you'll also want to note, is that the T-Disk only comes in 4x114.3.

Sorry but, what do they mean by disk? is it the center of the wheel where it bolts on?

T-DISK = convex wheel appearance?

A-DISK = flat wheel appearance?

O-DISK = concave wheel appearance?

Yes, its the center of the wheel, where the wheel bolts to the car.

T-Disk wheels have a large convex arc to the spokes, A-Disk a little bit less, and O-Disk almost no arc to the spokes at all. There aren't any real concave spoke options for the wheels in question.
