Default CUSTOMISZING WHEEL SIZES

CAN ANY ONE TELL ME IF I CAN CUSTOMIZE WHEELS (LIKE A DIFFERENT SIZE SMALLER IN THE FRONT AND A LILL BIGGER SIZE IN THE REAR ?

Why would you want to do that?

In 90+ percent of cases, there is no reason to do so, nothing to be gained and a lot of practical downsides (in handling as well as the ability to rotate tires). The few exceptions are people who are in competition (race series or autocross) and are doing it as a way of adjusting the handling, often for specific tracks.

But before you try to do anything crazy with your car, you ought to learn how to use this key on your computer keyboard:
