i just painted a set of rims dupli color blue i also bought the rim clear coat they have but like a hour later when i put the clear coat on it makes the blue look all hazy and the paint had dried . who makes a clear that really shines

 

well if you added enough clear, you can wetsand it down smooth and buff it with rubbing compound and polish to bring the shine out that youre looking for
