Is there anyway possible to go from a (6) lug isuzu pattern to a 93' (4) lug Honda prelude pattern on the wheels? I have a set of rims on my pick up that I want to change over....

Is it possible? Yes. But you would have to replace the hubs or get a hub adapter, and there are lots of problems you need to work around in doing that. Bottom line, it's usually more trouble (effort and cost) than it's worth.

i would throw the 6 lugs on craigslist or find someone who wants them n put that money to gettin a set of decent rims in a 4 lug pattern
