What year Integra is this? Also, be careful of treadwear ratings, they are some what deceitful. It is better to base of your choice of others personal experience or what kind of millage warranty is offered on the tire by the manufacturer.

Either 205/45-16 or 215/45-16 will work; the 205 is slightly smaller in diameter than stock, and the 215 is slightly larger, both diameters within 1 percent. So choose whatever tire you want; any tire comes in one size or the other, but not both.

The Parada Spec 2 and BFG g-Force Sport are both crap, really poor performance for the money. The Kumho SPT, which is about the same price, is an excellent choice, with great performance on dry pavement and wet pavement. Treadwear rating on the SPT is 320-340.

Go for the Kumho SPT, 205/45-16. You'll love 'em.
