?? ALT Wheels ??

Does anyone have heard about this brand? What company made them?

A friend of mine just bought a set of 16" ALT Light Speed, and the seller said it only weights 13 lbs each (rim only).

What do you guys think?

I've never owned a set, but I'm sure they're fine. They've been around for a while.
